New for 2012:  Our goal is to set-up and conduct an auction that is well organized and efficiently run.  In order for us to do the best job possible (for both sellers & buyers), we have had to make some major changes to this sale.  So, we if you are thinking about consigning items to this auction, we need you to read and follow the instructions in the consignment information and read/abide Note #1 at the bottom of this ad.

*Consignments are welcome starting Saturday April 14 thru Thursday April 19

*Gate will be open from 9 to 5.  No items will be accepted after 4 pm on Thurs April 19

*If a loader is needed to unload, please call Ray to make arrangements

*NO JUNK OR HOUSEHOLD ACCEPTED (see *special note #1 below)

*ONLY Farm Vehicles (trucks, pickups, livestock trailers & flatbed trailers) will be accepted. All Trucks, Pickups & Trailers MUST have a title and the titles MUST be open & in sellers name.  The title must be signed and turned in with keys at check in , no exceptions.  We will not accept any vehicle/trailer without a title, even if is to be sold as parts.

COMMISSION RATES ARE PER ITEM:

$1-100=30%   $101-300=20%   $301-500=12%   $501-up=7%

All no sale items will be charged the above commission on last live bid, or, $50 whichever is less

All items that we have to pass on or can’t get a bid, will be charged $1 per item, so please be selective on what you consign

*Special Note #1:  All loads will be checked at the gate.  If we feel an item(s) is/are not saleable, it will be turned away.  WE WILL NOT ACCEPT HOUSEHOLD OR JUNK.  FYI, we are not responsible for stolen items, so we HIGHLY SUGGEST you DO NOT BRING items that can walk-off. Examples of these types of items are: small hand & power tools, tack, nuts, bolts, lubricants, paint, etc.  Please call Linnebur Auctions, Inc @303-822-9298, they would be happy to help you make arrangements to sell these types of items at another sale where they would be more safe/secure.
