Steve & Alice Linnebur started their auction business in June of 1980 in Byers, CO and it is still going strong today.  They have two children, Lanay and Stephen D. 

Lanay graduated from Johnson & Wales University in May of 2004 with a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts.  She is a “chef” and has a catering business called “The Pie Tin Bakery and Catering”, and does the meals for most of our auctions.   She is married to Greg Meyer and they have three sons, Keegan, Maxx  and Cooper and one daughter Sophie Jo.  They reside in Wheatland, WY.

Stephen D. graduated May, 2007 from Iowa State University with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science,  with an emphasis in swine genetics and reproduction.  .  Stephen is married to Lindsey (Core), and they are currently residing in Flora, IN.   We are also proud to announce that Stephen is a  graduate from the June 2007 class of "World Wide College of Auctioneering", and will be helping us out as often as his schedule allows!!

Steve attended Missouri Auction School in 1977, and also attended CSU where he received his BA and MA in Ag Education.  He has attended regular courses offered through the American Society of Ag Appraisers.  They are members of many community organizations and the I-70 Chamber of Commerce.

 Customer service is very important to the Linneburs’.  We put a lot of work into each and every auction we conduct, to assure that everything is displayed properly and the buyers/sellers have a pleasant auction experience.  Lunch and clean restroom facilities are always available at every auction. 

 ABOUT OUR SERVICES:  We are a complete auction business that conducts on-site auctions for our customers.  Prior to the auction, brochures with photos and a complete detailed listing of all the items are printed up to be handed/mailed out.  We work on commission, so the more you make, the more we make!  That’s why we do our best to get the most money for every item we sell.  After the sale, we provide to the seller a complete computerized list of every item sold, price, buyer numbers and list of expenses as well as prompt monetary settlement.

Our entire auction crew; auctioneers, ring men, clerks/cashiers are very experienced in their field.  We provide quick and accurate services from our mobile office facility for efficient transactions.
